Alejandro Sarmiento, a sports doctor, assigned to Bodytech, explains that he is from the age of 13 when children can enter a sports club, but not anyone. They must be accompanied by an adult and under the supervision of trained professionals to work with children.
"When reference is made to systematized exercise looking for a physical object, depending on the conditions that exist within the gym, there are programs for minors where children from 13 to 17 years old are accepted," explains Dr. Sarmiento.
For a child to enter these centers, both the physiological part and the psychosocial part of the child must be taken into account. And is that children should not worry about marking abdomen, toning glutes, or shape waist.
KId Stuff Only Is working in the field of children's gyms since long ago. Most of our clients are from US and all of them are well satisfied with our work.
“Most of the equipment has a minimum size to be used. For example, if the child measures 1.45 meters, this will limit it. Regarding maturity (psychosocial) something that is commonly seen in a gym for kids environment is the thin girl, the operated girl or the muscular boy. And that creates a risk for those who do not have the maturity to understand it and suddenly want to imitate them. “
According to Dr. Sarmiento, this does not mean that there can not be centres where they work with younger childrensince they currently exist and are governed under certain special conditions.
Children suffer as many dental problems as adults, but the dangers of these problems can be more significant. A child’s teeth are still developing and not treating common problems can result in poor tooth alignment and development as they get older. That is why you need to know what the most common dental problems a child can face and what can be done to prevent them.
The most common dental problem in children is tooth decay. This is caused by plaque which accumulates on the teeth. When this is exposed to certain foods, the plate will eat away at the enamel of the tooth. Continuous contact with plate will decay the tooth over time.
Certain foods help plaque, such as carbohydrate and sugar-rich foods. Cooked starches such as pasta and potatoes can also contribute. Fortunately, tooth decay is entirely preventable when the right measures are taken.
A proper brushing technique is vital, and your child should have regular appointments with the dentist. You should have our child brush their teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste. You also need to ensure they floss and limit the sugary foods they eat, particularly before bed.
Another common dental problem is sensitive teeth. Sensitive teeth can cause discomfort and irritation when they come into contact with hot or cold foods and liquids. Sensitive teeth may not be a sign of further problems, but they should not be overlooked because they can be a symptom of serious dental issues.
Sensitive teeth are common in children because their tooth enamel is thinner than an adult. This means it can be worn down by acids and plaque, which results in possible receding of the gums. This can expose more of the tooth surface, and cracks can develop which expose the nerves. When hot or cold items are eaten, the nerve endings are triggered, and pain is felt.
The best way to combat sensitive teeth is to have a sealant applied to them by the dentist. Filling any cracks and strengthening the enamel is also recommended. When your child brushes their teeth, they should use a soft-bristle brush as hard bristles can damage the tooth surface.
Gum disease or gingivitis is the inflammation of the gum tissue. This is often caused by poor dental hygiene and plaque build-up. If gum disease is allowed to progress, it can lead to tooth loss and damage to the jawbone.
There are three forms of gingivitis that affect children. Chronic gingivitis leads to puffy bum tissue that turns red and will easily bleed. Aggressive periodontitis is more often found in young teenagers and adolescents and causes a loss of the alveolar bone, which is a tissue that supports the teeth. The last is generalised aggressive periodontitis that affects the whole mouth and is more common when puberty starts.

Bunk beds are loads of fun for kids, especially if they do not have the opportunity to use them often. They are a new and unexpected part of their play when they get an opportunity to use them, but how safe are they?
If you have arrived at your rental property on holiday and there are bunk beds for the kids to use than you will need to conduct a parental safety audit to ensure that they will be safe and that there will not be any unexpected accidents caused by faulty equipment.
The first thing to do is to make sure that the whole bed is safely attached to the wall so they cannot tip. You will need to grab the uprights and give it several very firm tugs to make sure that it is fully secure. As you will know, children can throw themselves with force when paying and jumping around, especially as on what they see as climbing equipment that they happen to also sleep in.
If the bunk beds for kids are on roller wheels, then make sure that the wheel locks are on and safe. If you have any doubt, you may want to use something to chock the wheels so that the unit cannot roll.
You will then need to check every support connector to make sure that they are fully secure. If they are old bunk beds made from timber you may want to run your hands along each length of connecting ar to make sure that there are no nails, splinters or anything else sticking out of them that could cause cuts or injury.
Along the wall side of both beds use your hand to make sure that there are no sizeable gaps between the edge of the bed and the wall. If there are, is it large enough to allow the kids to jam an arm or a leg in there and cause themselves damage?
Lastly, you should lift and remove the mattresses to make sure that each of the slats is in place and spaced evenly, and that there is not to large a gap between them for something to fall through. Check both of the top and bottom bunks this way.
If everything is secure with the bunk beds, then have a look around the room and see if there is anything that they could fall on, or if they could hit their head on the door. If everything is safe, then the last thing that you should do is to get the kids together and give them a talk about how to use the beds safely. It would help if you also assigned who has what bunk, so that are no arguments after you have left the room.
Once you have completed the safety assessment and instructions to the kids, your safety check is done. You should now at least try to get some credit by telling your partner what a good and responsible thing you have just done, and so that they can mirror any instructions to the kids in case any disagreements arise over who has which bunk.
Exercise, as such, is an activity that must be carried out from a young age to try to instil healthy styles. Going to the park, running, and a walk with the parents are important and contribute to their quality of life.
Children exercise in gym classes at school, during recess, in dance classes or football training, when they ride a bike or when they play hide and seek.
“Before the age of 13, it is necessary for children to take responsibility for the exercise, so the best thing in sports as a whole practised for pleasure. Soccer, volleyball or basketball. And they are not only important for their physical componentbut also because they help minors to work on intellectual processes of teamwork “, summarizes Dr. Sarmiento.
